install .sis file

Connect your phone to the PC via (you can
connect by Sync Station, Infrared or Bluetooth
wireless technology). When connected, and icon
is shown in the status area to the right in the
taskbar on the PC.

Start the PC software "Install
Software” and select the application (.sis
file) to install.

Confirm to install the application to the
device

Select target drive (Phone memory or Memory

After choosing download option. A File Download
box will appear next. Choose "Save".

your Desktop for easy access, but you may save
it anywhere on your PC (just be sure to remember
where the file is saved).

After clicking "Save," you will see a
file transfer window.

Once the file is transferred, double click the
software icon that appears on your desktop. (If
you saved the file in a place other than the
desktop, you will need to retrieve the file from

Press the HotSync button on your device.

Check your handheld's main applications screen
once the HotSync operation is complete and to
confirm that the application(s) is now installed

software comes on CD with your Blackberry phone
new versions of the Blackberry desktop manager
software are released periodically.

I cannot install my product.
What should I do?

In most of the applications you will find Help,
Read Me or Installation files, usually a text
format, HTML document or PDF provided by the
developer. Please read these files carefully
before installation and make sure that during
installation none of the step is wrong,
incomplete or left.

Corrupt or partial download errors are in fact
caused by using an ISP's proprietary browser,
such as AOL, MSN, Earthlink, CompuServe or
Prodigy. We recommend you to please use Internet
Explorer or Netscape. But if still you are
encountering the same problem then please check
your browser’s security setting which
might be set at ‘High’. You can
check this usually under Tools or Preferences
and set them to ‘Medium’ before your
next attempt for purchase. You can also use any
other PC which doesn’t either use
firewalls or set at high security settings.

In case of any "DLL" or
"Fatal" errors, if you want to know
about any specific application error or feature,
then we strongly recommend you to please contact
the respective developer directly. Developers

This normally happened when any zip file is
being opened without unzip program. In
this case we recommend you to download an unzip

|

If you've made a software purchase, click on the
"Download Now" button. The Download
Manager will download the file to your desktop.
Repeat these steps for each downloadable

Prepare to install
|

Find the software you downloaded on your PC,
and identify the file extension from the last
few characters of the file name (e.g. .exe,
.zip, .prc, etc).
Note: To find the software, you may be able to

or "File Manager" to find the
location where you saved the software in Step

For .ZIP, you will need an unzip utility such
as WinZip on your PC. If you don't already have
WinZip (you can check by selecting Start >

www.winzip.com,
and download and install a free evaluation of
WinZip. Choose the Classic version.
Once WinZip is installed on your computer,
double click on the .ZIP file you downloaded
Within the WinZip window, you will see a list
of files.
For .SIT (these files are usually only for
Macintosh computers), you will need to install
StuffIt Expander on your PC to unzip this file.
Once this Stuff is installed on your
computer, double click on the .SIT file you
downloaded. This should create a new folder on
your desktop. Go to Step 3 and perform the
steps based on the file types in the folder.

Select "Install Handheld Files" from
the HotSync menu. Click "Add to
List", select the .PRC/.PDB/.PQA file(s)

want to install are listed in the Install
Handheld Files list, exit this dialog box.
